| Description | The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Selective demolition. 2. Removal and replacement of an asphalt shingle roofing system, including sheathing and insulation at areas identified on plans, complete with ridge ventilation, ice and water shield, and all components to create a full, warranted system. 3. Removal of existing low-sloped roofing system (mod-bit & EPDM) down to existing roof deck and replacement with EPDM roofing system. 4. Removal & salvage of existing gutter & downspout system at select locations identified on plan for reinstallation after new roofing system installation. 5. Raising of existing roof curbs at areas identified on plans to accommodate increase in insulation height. 6. and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.
