Locust Street CSO Elimination and Water Main Replacement Phase III

The proposed improvements are located within the limits shown on the Location Map on the Title Sheet of the plans on Moore Street, Olive Street, alleys north and south of Olive Street, and Harwood Place in the City of Bloomington, McLean County, Illinois. The work under this contract shall consist of the construction of: - earth excavation, grading, and subgrade preparation; - hot-mix asphalt full depth pavements and pavement patches; - concrete curbs and gutters; - storm sewers and associated storm drainage structures; - sanitary sewers and associated sanitary structures; - water mains and appurtenances; - portland cement concrete pavements, sidewalks, and driveways; and - various removals, excavations, topsoil placement, seeding, and other work.
