Bid 2023-001WL- One (1) 161:13 kV Power Transformer Bid 2023-002WL- Twelve (12) Single Phase Voltage Regulators for the North Green Street Substation Bid 2023-004WL- Two (2) 161 kV Power Circuit Breakers Bid 2023-005WL- One (1) Control House and Associated Relay Control Equipment Bid 2023-006WL- Four (4) 13 kV Power Circuit Breakers The Project generally consists of the following: Furnish material, equipment, and delivery for one (1) 161:13 kV Power Transformer, twelve (12) 13 kV Single Phase Voltage Regulators two (2) 161 kV Power Circuit Breakers, one (1) Control House and Associated Relay Equipment, and four (4) 13 kV Power Circuit Breakers for the North Green Street Substation. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All applicable laws, ordinances and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the project shall apply to the contract throughout. Each Bidder is responsible for reading and being thoroughly familiar with the Contract Documents. The failure or omission of any Bidder to do any of the foregoing shall in no way relieve any Bidder from any obligation in respect to this Bid. A conditional or qualified Bid will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest, responsible, and responsive Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids.
