Description

The project consists of the construction of an asphalt parking lot at 538 North Market Street. Construction consists of grading, storm sewers, concrete curbing, and placing stone base material. Project Completion Date: the Final Completion Date is November 30, 2022. Each Bid Must Contain the Full Name of Every Person or Company Interested in the Same, and Be Accompanied by a Bidding Bond or a Certified Check in the Amount of 10% of the Bid Price as a Guaranty That if the Bid is Accepted, a Contract Will Be Entered Into and Its Performance Secured or Provide a Contract Bond for 100% of the Bid Amount.
