| Description | Remove old porch floor 5’x18’. Remove old columns. Build new porch floor 5’x13’. Treated 2x8 lumber for joist and 5/4 decking. Install new 6x6 columns to support roof above. Two handrails one 5’ and one 10’ per code. Permit required. Reframe R.O. for sloped metal cellar doors. Needs to be sealed from water penetrations and pests. Doors must be both active and be able to lock from the inside. Contact Jeff for information on the cellar. Install new ADA metal landing and 16’ meatal ramp with handrail. 16” rise to top of deck 1/12 slope. Contact Jeff for information on the ramp. |
