Description

a. Contractor Name and Address: Alcan Builders, Inc. 3009 International ST, Fairbanks, AK 99701 b. CAGE Code: 0GMU1 c. Task Order Amount: $1,530,105.00 The purpose of this project is to to design and construct a replacement of an inoperable fire pump. This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the Governments requirement for the design, removal, and replacement of fire pump located in B3426 at Eielson AFB. The Contractor shall provide a design and construction in accordance with this SOW. Once the design has been completed and accepted by the Government, the Contractor shall demolish the existing fire pump and replace all components necessary to install a new fire pump. A. NAICS Code 236220 $39.5 Million B. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. See Section J for applicable attachments. C. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(e), is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. D. Payment and Performance bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. E. This acquisition is being designated for procurement as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. F. A site visit will be conducted with the end user, contractor, CE, and CONS for- 2 June 2022 12:00 pm Participants will meet at- BLDG 2310 Central ave, Eielson AFB. Alaska 99702. Each prime contractor is allowed to bring two personnel.
