Land Development - Phase 1C at Starpointe Business Park

The work includes: clearing and grubbing; earthwork; slope blanket; stormwater and sanitary systems; utilities; erosion and sedimentation controls (including spillways, riprap, filter socks, etc.) paving; sidewalk; curb and gutter; street lighting and trees; and all work incidental thereto required for the Phase 1C Earthwork and Infrastructure contract. The lump sum price submission should include three (3) Alternate Bids: Alternate No. 1 Phase 1C complete grading plan to include approximately 1.5 million cubic yards of earthwork to develop roughly 100 pad-ready acres. Alternate No. 2 Phase 1C reduced grading plan to include approximately 750,000 cubic yards of earthwork to develop roughly 50 pad-ready acres with an additional 50 roughly graded acres. Alternate No. 3 Phase 1B wetland mitigation area to include adding/placing six inches of soil around 1.04 acres of wetland.
