Description

As of December 27 2023, the project has been awarded, however timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Broadmoor TIF - Utility Package (No. 22377 PHASE 1-B) project. This project involves installation of storm, sewer, potable water, and irrigation utilities in Sandifur Parkway from Broadmoor Boulevard west approximately 3,600 LF and in a spur extension of Harris Road for future Road 108 for approximately 3,300 LF north of Harris Road. Potable water will also be installed in Harris Road starting 600 feet west of the spur extension, heading in a northeast direction for 1,800 LF and then north for 1,700 LF to the future extension of Sandifur Parkway. All in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications (APWA/WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction). This contract has two hundred and ten (210) working days to complete the work. All bids must be accompanied by a "Good Faith Token" in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who are eligible to perform services as governed by PMC 14.15 and who are listed on Abadan's City of Pasco Plan Room Plan Holders list. Upon award, Contractor (and subcontractors) shall have a current City of Pasco Business License.
