PD Basement Demo and Remediation

Microbial Growth Remediation at the address listed. Rooms affected will need to be placed under negative air pressure. Access to space as well as ducting from Negative air machine will have to be recirculated into air scrubbers. As this building cannot have a door to the street open for security reasons. Plastic containments will need to be built to prevent cross contamination. Furniture to be salvaged and cleaned will be stored on site (mostly just cabinets, table, chairs, and contents in the break room area). The demo and noisy portion of this project will need to be done after hours or on weekends to minimize the disruption of the courts above. Parking is also limited in the alleyway, however there is a parking garage next door for vehicles that will fit.
