Express Image Update - Fort Wainwright

You are invited to submit a proposal based on the requirements in the attached solicitation number GNFR-FC-WAN-23-19460. This solicitation is issued by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service which is an instrumentality of the United States Government. The cost of the project is estimated to be in the range between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Please pay particular attention to section 3.A.61.d in the Agreement Document which covers minority and female participation goals established for federally involved and non-federally involved construction work. This project will renovate 19,947 SF within the Ft Wainwright Express (Blg 4058). This project will reconfigure interior walls within the Express to allow for the effective use of existing space. Interior finishes will be upgraded to current AAFES standards. Lighting, mechanical, fire suppression and electrical systems will be modified to align with the new layout.
