Construction of a trihalomethane removal system including an aeration system, submersible mixing system, and power vent in the new storage tank. 3. Water main and instrumentation to support the new storage tank. 4. Prefabricated electrical building, stand-by generator, and propane fuel storage tank. 5. Site work associated with the new storage tank and appurtenances.
