Description

The A/E shall prepare design and construction documents, and provide construction period services to renovate an existing 700 SF Angio Operating Room (OR) Suite located in Building 1 A-Wing at the Providence VAMC. Key design elements include site prep to accommodate new angiography equipment. The existing equipment has reached the end of its useful life. The A/E in collaboration with the multidisciplinary clinical team shall carefully consider new equipment placement and orientation of the operating room table as it pertains to anesthesia equipment and access to the patient during the design phase to assure functionality in the completed space. In addition, HVAC shall be redesigned to correct the deficiencies in the Angio suite and the adjoining equipment closets.
