Description

Phase 2 includes replacing the air handlers. The existing air handling units shall be disconnected from the existing ductwork and hydronic piping systems and the new air handling units shall be reconnected in the original locations. This renovation will also include upgrades to the existing direct digital control system for the HVAC system with the addition of pump sensing equipment into the existing hydronic system.
