Demolition, Provide and Install Electrical Scope of work per contract documents. Please include rough-ins modifications for Electronic Safety and Security Systems. Bids will be in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by University of Utah U Facilities and Incline Architects LLC, hereinafter referred to as "A/E" as defined in the General Conditions. All Questions Must Be Uploaded electronically. Q & A deadline: Jan 20, 2023 4:00:00 PM MST Persons or companies bidding on this project shall hold a current Utah Contractor's License covering the type of work to be done and shall be bondable to the amount of the Contract. A list of Contractors who attended the meeting will be included in the addendum. Please note that only persons directly employed by the represented Contractor may sign for that Contractor; and, only the bids supplied by Contractors who are listed in the addendum will be opened. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to The University of Utah, must be procured and submitted to the University of Utah within 24 hours after the bid due time. Construction Constraints: All bidders must have recent hospital construction experience within the last two years. All onsite workers must comply with all Covid-19 masking policies. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University.
