Description

New River Light and Power is a public utility owned and operated by Appalachian State University. This project will completely gut and renovate the interior and refurbish portions of the exterior of New River Light and Power's existing warehouse. The total square footage of the building is ~5800 sq. ft. constructed around 1955. This renovation will modernize and realign the interior space while making the building more energy efficient. The project will be administered as a General Administration formal project.
