DNR1 RFB Spur 2 Graveling

The work covered under this Solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to haul, place, compact, and shape gravel on the Spur 2 and Steamboat Forest Roads, install 450 lineal feet of fabric. All gravel and materials are provided by the State. Gravel pit is located on Highway 64, 3.5 miles North of Akeley. There are 18 locations marked for spot graveling on the Spur 2 and Steamboat Forest Roads. The work area on Steamboat Road runs between the South end of Spur 2 and the 4 (four) corners of the Spur 1. A single stretch of 450 lineal feet of fabric will need to be installed prior to graveling. The fabric will receive a 6” lift of pit run and 6” of surface gravel. 2,000 cubic yards of material will be hauled and spread.
