Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for Architect-Engineer Services

Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) a National Laboratory and Federally Funded Research and Development Center RDC) operated by The Trustees of Princeton University, a US Department of Energy Prime Contractor wishes to solicit proposals in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) 20-117C to provide, upon the issuance of Fixed-Price Job Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement, Architect-Engineering (A-E) services, such as surveys/studies, conceptual designs, and Title I, II, and III work for various facility improvement projects for Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, 100 Stellarator Road, James Forrestal Campus, US Route 1 North, Princeton, NJ. Architect-Engineer firm(s) selected for BOA award will have the capability to provide, individually or as a joint venture, all the disciplines required and to perform work of a professional nature, associated with the study, test, design, supervision, construction, alternation, inspection or repair of PPPL facilities including utilities and appurtenances using the Design-Bid-Build delivery approach and the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR or CM/GC) delivery approaches. At PPPL’s sole discretion, a maximum of 4 firms may be selected for BOA award. Firms may be selected for both delivery approaches or only the Design-Bid-Build delivery approach. One of the BOAs using the Design-Bid-Build delivery approach will be set aside for a small business concern.
