Von Braun Center North Hall and Playhouse Renovations

Work consists of the renovation of the existing North Hall and Playhouse facilities at the Von Braun Center. The North Hall portion of the project includes modifications to the ballroom, main entrance lobby, public corridors, restrooms, meeting rooms and other auxiliary spaces. Additionally, the building exterior will receive new paint and other minor improvements. The Playhouse share of the project includes the reconfiguration of existing interior spaces to create new dressing rooms, restrooms, laundry rooms and other back of house support spaces. The total project scope is approximately 65,000 square feet of interior renovations for both the North Hall and the Playhouse. The anticipated duration for construction will be twelve (12) months.
