| Description | The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects in same, or to choose to make purchases other than strictly in accordance with price consideration, and/or to choose other than the lowest bidder, if it be deemed in the best interest of the Town of North Branford. Multiple vendors can be awarded this contract. All bidders are advised that the Town of North Branford will affirmatively assure any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement. Minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and are encouraged to do so. The Town of North Branford is an Affirmative Action/EOE. The base contract will be for two (2) years, with a one (1) year renewable option with negotiated fees for year 3 between the Town and the contractor. |
