| Description | 1. Remove exterior caulking around window perimeters and storefront perimeters and replace with Percora 890NST silicone sealant. 2. Pressure wash and clear seal building with Percora Klere Seal 9100-S 3. All caulking and sealing must be completed according to manufacturer’s specifications. 4. Contractor will provide lift and lift operator for inspection by Town official or designee. 5. Any and all road closures and impact to entrances to the Municipal Center will be coordinated with the Superintendent of Operations at least two business days prior to said closure or impact. |
