| Description | Construction of a portion (700 LF Approximately) of the proposed Applewood Parkway Improvements from the proposed intersection of Dallas Cherryville HWY (HWY 279) and Applewood Parkway to the existing on-site (out parcel) veterinary animal clinic. The roadway improvements shall include mass grading, erosion control, storm drainage, seeding etc with appropriate access to Lot 20 &15 along with maintaining vehicular access to the remainder of the site. Additionally, these lots shall be provided with available Power/Data/Sanitary Sewer/Water. The road section shall include at a minimum a graded & compacted road bed section, stone base section, curb & gutter with driveway cuts providing safe vehicular/pedestrian passage. |
