The Infrastructure Flight of 14 Contracting Squadron plans to establish a firm-fixed price design build contract to provide all non-personal services, to include labor, equipment, materials and related items necessary to provide HVAC Replacement/Renovation for Dorms, Buildings B555, on Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. See attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for details. The designated NAICS code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00.
