WWTP Maintenance Building Addition

**As of 10/12/22 - Per Blake Jordan there are no plans to rebid this project as it was deemed unfeasible due to pricing. The construction of a new maintenance facility that will be approximately 36' X 40' in dimensions. The facility will be located and constructed on City property, immediately adjacent and connected to the former pretreatment building (now retrofitted operations building). Contract Bond: The successful Bidder, who, as a Bid Guaranty, submits a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid in accordance with paragraph above, shall furnish a Contract Bond in the form Contract Bond included in the Bid Documents in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum.
