New iPad and stand. A new wireless router to provide connectivity to the collaboration components (Kramer VIA, Listen audio, Aurora control). A record signal is sent to the instructor station via Extron extenders for a stand alone HDMI monitor/ recorder to record to a USB drive. A small HDMI content switcher will allow for playback selection between the document camera, PC, and recorder; A separate HDMI switcher to provide automatic switching to a user PC when connected; The content signal returns to the control room via Extron extenders; A Vaddio AV bridge provides Zoom capability on instructor PC; Three new Polycom ceiling microphones; Shure podium mic and a Shure wireless mic system; Twelve new ceiling speakers and a pair of powered control room speakers will be installed.
