| Description | The Prime General Contractor shall provide all labor and material for the replacement of residential doors and hardware of multiple addresses at the Town and Garden Complex owned and operated by the Saginaw Housing Commission. The work consists of interior door and hardware replacements. All work shall be performed in conformance with current code requirements. The work consists of replacing the interior doors and hardware at 22 two-and three-bedroom dwelling units. We are also requesting alternate bids for 50 additional dwellings.
