Metal Handrail Addition and Repair/Replacement

The proposed project consists of the following: 1. Re-set the existing hand railing on the porch that has broken loose from the concrete. 2. Install (2) new sets of hand railing at the steps leading to the side building. Each new sets of hand railing will match existing and have returns installed at each entry path. 3. Re-set the existing removable hand railing at the dock area to be a permanent rail. 4. Install returns on the existing backside parking lot staircases which totals (4) rails. 5. The ends of the handrails shall be returned into the handrail body or terminate with no sharp or catching edges. 6. Install new toe plates on both sides of the handicap ramp leading to the porch on back of housing structure. 7. Paint installed railings and repaint existing railings 8. Install slip guards down ramp and on all stairs
