| Description | **As of May 23, 2023, project was awarded to Candelaria Construction, Inc., and the awarded amount is $1,596,803.04** The project consists of the installation of approximately: 7500 SY of roadway excavation, base course fill, and asphalt paving. Concrete Flatwork: 640 LF of curb & gutter; 115 SY of curb ramps; 180 SY of sidewalk. Waterline Removal: 1740 LF of 6-inch cast-iron line; 5 EA metallic service lines. Waterline Installation: 1740 LF of 8-inch water line; 5 EA service line connections, house services, and all fittings. Sewer Main: remove and replace 1540 LF of 8-inch sewer main, 4 manholes, and new house service connections. All work is located within the Cortez City limits. Contractor must attend mandatory pre-bid meeting to bid. Bids placed before the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be invalidated by non-attendance.
