Description

Bid 1 - Renovations to Bread of Life Outreach Food Pantry Roof Replacement - Complete tear-off of existing roof and Install new ½-inch plywood and Timberline lifetime-warranty architectural shingles. New metal edging, reflash all walls and add new pipe flange. Electric Improvements - Install 3 new electrical circuits and new outlets in expanded food pantry area. Furnace/Air Conditioning Replacement - Remove the existing furnace and air conditioner. Purchase and install an Airquest 120,000 BTU, 95% efficient furnace. Also purchase and install an Airquest 5-ton, 13 SEER, r-410a condenser and a 5-ton cased coil. Provide Maintenance Service Agreement for furnace and air conditioner. Back-Up Power Generator - Purchase and installation of a 22kw Generac Standby Generator with a 200 AMP transfer switch. Bid 2 - Demolition of Existing Parsonage Remaining utility disconnect; cap plumbing; address existing septic system; demolish house; remove slab and footers; obtain demolition permit; disposal of debris; backfill area with soil; and remediating any potential asbestos in the building according to NYSDOL and NYSDEC, EPA standards
