| Description | a. Opt their property out of any adulticiding (spraying) via a “Shut-Off List.” b. Request that they be notified when spraying is going to occur in or around their neighborhood. c. Report mosquito annoyance areas. a. Report sites that are harboring larval mosquitoes b. Request fish to control mosquitoes (where applicable). c. Request information on how to control/prevent mosquitoes on their property and mosquito borne disease, such as West Nile Virus, Western Equine Encephalitis, St. Louis Encephalitis and other mosquito borne diseases. d. Request safety/health information about mosquito control including, control products used. e. Documentation must be maintained of each call to include name, address, type of complaint, response, and resolution. |
