Description

Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm to replace the main entrance door on the Breckinridge Classroom as outlined in the attached Project Specifications entitled Breckinridge Classroom Door and Invitation for Bid form. Also included are the Bid/ Proposal Affidavit (attachment 1), Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure (attachment 2) And the Mandatory Terms and Conditions (attachment 3). A No Reply Form (attachment 4). This project consists of furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, parts, incidentals, tests, supervision, and services necessary for and incidental to replace the main entrance door on the Breckinridge Classroom. The project site is located on Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM), 10515 Mackall Road, Saint Leonard, Maryland 20685 (JPPM). The contractor will complete all work within 120 calendar days upon receiving the notice to proceed date.
