The U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Western Regional Office, Phoenix, AZ intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Solicitation for Project SFIR 3(1), INDIAN BEND BRIDGE - CONSTRUCTION SERVICES - SOUTH FORK BAND OF THE TE-MOAK TRIBE: Acquire labor, equipment, materials and services to remove and dispose existing debris from former bridge, grade, drain and place aggregate surface course on 0.26 miles of roadway and construct a new bridge on Route 3 on the South Fork Indian Reservation, Elko County, Nevada. Technical specifications are to be Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects, FP-14 with modification in the Special Contract Requirements. The Contractor shall provide all labor and supervision, materials, and equipment required to complete the requirement. Project no. 140A1122B0003 Contractor shall make a one-time payment to the Humboldt Watershed Cooperative Weed Management Area (HWCWMA) and construct approximately 100 LF of rail bank protection along the South Fork of the Humboldt River approximately 3 miles from the project bridge site. The rail bank protection limits will be staked in the field by the COR The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237130. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the magnitude of this project is currently estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The project Performance Period will be 210 calendar days from the effective Notice to Proceed date. Bid Bond is required - 20% of the Bid price.
