| Description | SFB Buildings 1001-1002, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008-1009, 1010, 1011, and 1012: The Project Scope of Work for the Roofing Improvements at Holiday Park Elementary School shall include the removal and of the existing roofing systems to the existing roof decks and installation of new Built-Up Roofing System, to include new roof insulation, new cover board, new hot asphalt applied roofing piles and new roof coating. Roofing replacement to include replacement of all metal roof flashings, reglets and counter flashings. Scope of Work to include replacement of sealants on the roof side of the parapet walls, coating of the roof side of the parapet walls, clearing of all roof drains, replacement of all roof drain baskets, and replacement of all wood sleepers with new Dura-Blok supports. |
