Description

Application of an asphalt-rejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surfaces at various locations throughout the City of Charlotte. The rejuvenation of surface roads shall be by spray application of a cationic rejuvenating agent composed of petroleum oils and resins emulsified with water or an alternate material accepted by the City.
