The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies, and incidentals required to complete all contract work. Omissions from the contract of details of work which are necessary to carry out the intent of the contract, or which are customarily performed, shall not relieve the Contractor from. performing the omitted work, but they shall be performed as if fully and correctly set forth and described in the contract. The unit contract bid prices shall be full pay for all work and materials required to complete the work. Add new exhaust grills, dampers and ducts in basement property room, new exhaust fan at 5th floor roof level mechanical room, re-balance exhaust and make up air systems. Provide electrical work for new fan.
