| Description | Coat the interior of a 40,000 gallon hydropneumatic steel tank in accordance with the specifications stated herein. Successful respondent is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the work. 1. Sandblast interior of 40,000 gallon steel tank 2. Coating - Temec Series 22 NSF drinking water 3. Coating thickness 20-24 mil. 4. All welded seam and opening must be hand coated. 5. Coating must be complete the same day as sand blasting. No bare metal is to sit overnight to avoid rusting. 6. Remove all debris from sandblasting, containers of paint product, etc. 7. Restore work site upon completion. |
