Replace Standby Power Generator at the Cross Creek Water Reclamation Facility

For the furnishing and delivery of all materials and equipment and performing all necessary installation and construction consistent with the Contract Documents for the replacement of the Standby Power Generator and controls at the Rockfish Creek Water Reclamation Facility all as set forth in the Bid Schedules. Any untimely submitted bid will be promptly returned to the Bidder unopened. It is encouraged to utilize the application via web as this pre-bid will contain a presentation of plans and an agenda. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by cash, cashiers check, or certified check drawn on a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or Savings Association Insurance Fund. Checks shall be made payable to the Fayetteville Public Works Commission in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that a contract, if awarded, will be entered into by and between the Bidder and PWC. In lieu thereof, a Bid Bond which conforms to the provisions of NCGS 143-129 as amended by Chapter 1104 of the Public Laws of 1951 may be submitted by the Bidder.
