Primary Clarifier 2 Repair or Replace Bent Frame Arm

Q And A Open 7/6/2022 11:56:00 PM Q And A Close 7/19/2022 10:30:00 PM This project is for the repair or replacement of the existing damaged frame arm along with any and all necessary attachments. The contractor is responsible for the following: 1. Repair or replace the existing damaged arm and necessary attachments. 2. Configure to match existing setup. 3. Repair metal or replacement arm must be 316 stainless steel or epoxy coated, and all fasteners (nuts, bolts, washers, etc.) must be 316 stainless steel. Sub-location Primary Clarifier Number 2 Terms 1. Warranty: Lump sum bid totals shall include a minimum one year warranty on all labor. 2. The City requests that the project be completed on or before August 1st, 2022. 3. Totals: Bidders must enter their lump sum total to include all parts, equipment, materials, and labor in their line item response when submitting their electronic bid. 4. All questions concerning the requirements set forth herein shall be electronically submitted in the e-Pro system under the bid event section for questions.
