**As of January 27, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work shall consist generally of the demolition and construction of a new transit facility for VIA Metropolitan Transit located at 9400 IH 35 North (intersection of I-35 and Loop 410) in San Antonio, TX.; more particularly described in Attachment "A" VIA Randolph Transit Center Construction Documents and Attachment "B" Project Manual. This project will be phased as outlined in the technical specification in order to allow for VIA to Maintain services on site.
