Howard Ditch Lateral Tile Replacement

The project is located in Section 21 of Concord Twp. The project scope begins at the south side of County Road 20 and extends south approximately 2,350 L.F. to the intersection of County Road 22 and County Road 11. The project consists of the replacement of the existing 1,050 L.F. of 16” clay tile with new 18” polyethylene perforated with sock, connecting it to the existing manhole structure on the south side of CR 20 and installing an inlet structure at the north end of the open ditch. The project includes the leveling of the existing spoil and disposal of the brush piles from the previously converted 550 L.F. section of tile to open ditch. This section of open ditch shall remain open ditch. A flared outfall end section with an animal guard shall be installed at the south end of the open ditch and the remaining 750 L.F. of existing 16” clay tile with new 18” polyethylene perforated with sock and connecting it to the existing manhole structure on the north side of CR 22.
