| Description | One (1) bid package for weatherization services for a period of one year is being released by Community Affairs and Resource Center (CARC) and bid proposals are being requested for this work in Monmouth County. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of CARC. This bid package "BIL Funding Energy Conservation Services 2023" is strictly for Weatherization Measures. This bid package is for a period of one year. CARC reserves the right to reject any of all bids and reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids and to accept the bid and award the contract to the bidder which, in its best judgment, best serves the interest of CARC. Mail applications will be at your own risk, CARC is not responsible for any lost and or damaged applications. Round robin will be used following the LIHEAP WAP Grant. Bidders are required to comply with the provisions of NJSA 10:2-1 through 10:2-4 and Public Law 1975 c.127 dealing with discrimination in employment on public contracts. Minority contractors are encouraged to bid. |
