HVAC System Replacement

Replacement of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems on the Jr/Sr High Gym which are outdated and in disrepair. The overall goal of the project is to install an HVAC System for the gym that is responsive to year-round temperature fluctuations and has system controls that integrate with the current HVAC System in the classroom areas of the Jr/Sr High School. Proposals should include the cost of installation, engineering, commissioning, and any structural issues that may need to be addressed. In addition, references and qualifications for the work should be provided. Evaluation Criteria:• Qualifications and experience of the applicant, including appropriate public works licensing and suitable references• Experience with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage reporting and requirements.• Ability to provide requested services in a timely manner (preferably prior to January 2022)• Cost - Potlatch School District is a fiscally responsible organization.
