Contractors shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, temporary facilities and profit & overhead to perform work in the Project Manual and on the Project Drawings which includes the site work, underground piping, septic tank, water service, foundations, erection of a “Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB)” (PEMB provided by Owner), overhead crane, installation of “Snowmaking Prefabricated Pump Station (SPPS)” (SPPA provided by Owner), HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, restroom and breakroom facilities. Estimated Project Cost: General Trades Contract: $1,100,000 to $1,200,000 HVAC Contract: $175,000 to $200,000 Plumbing Contract: $45,000 to $55,000 Speciality Piping Contract: $1,250,000 to $1,500,000 Electrical Contract: $800,000 to $900,000
