Insulated rolling steel door: supply and install approximately one (1) 16'0" x 18'0" liftmaster gh103 motor/ operator, 1 hp, 3 phase with monitored safety edge as per ul325 regulations, built in timer to close, continuous high starting torque motor with instant reverse and overload protection, manual hand chain in case of power outage, foc bracket, galv. Bottom bar, galv. Hood baffle, interior mount/face of wall, alpine grey on guides on guides, angles and bracket plates. 2. Labor: two (2) technicians & heavy lifiting equipment to take down existing door & install new insulated rolling steel door (on line# 1).
