Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Appling, Georgia. Working plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and pre-engineered storage facility. As of July 13, 2022, this project has been approved with conditions by Columbia County Planning. Although there is not a firm timeline, construction could begin in fourth quarter 2022.* Mixed Use.
