A. Maintain any/all shrubs, hedges, bushes, trees, flowers and flower beds to prevent weed growth and any/all diseases on any/all plants. 1. Tasks to include - herbicide for weed management as needed, weed removal including curb edges, pruning, edging beds, trash removal while nsuring to clean all work areas prior to leaving MAA property. 2. Tasks to include - trim any/all shrubs, hedges, bushes and flowers to a uniform shape and remove dead or diseased growth. Remove any/all weeds, trash and any debris from all shrubs, hedges, bushes and flowers while ensuring to clean all work areas prior to leaving MAA property. B. Fertilizing any and all areas to encourage healthy plant growth without diseases, watering as needed while ensuring to clean all work areas prior to leaving MAA property c. Remove any dead or wilted plants. Vendor must notify MAA Management by email and / or phone. If multiple plants are needing to be removed Vendor must get prior approval from MAA Management. d. Trees and tree branches shall not hang in walkways and shall be maintained at minimum of eight (8) feet from ground e. Trim all crepe myrtles and remove any and all suckers to meet industry standard to encourage healthy growth. f. Cut, edge, treat and maintain grass not to exceed height per industry standard for species of grass unless preapproved by MAA Management. Grass areas shall be treated with herbicides to assist in the prevention of weed growth. g. Maintain any and all curbs, roadways, beds and any other area needing to be edged to prevent growth out of the area in unwanted areas h. Maintain mulch depth at minimum to industry standard, to include pots, planters, etc. i. Maintain pine straw depth at minimum to industry standard, to include berms, beds, etc.
