This project consists of renovation to an existing courthouse, including: ductwork replacement, air handler and air conditioning equipment replacement, boiler replacement, roofing repair, interior finishes, door hardware replacement, new benches in detention cells, lighting replacement, device removal and reinstallation, hose bibbs in mechanical rooms and floor drain modifications, new piping, sprinkler heads and hangers, security device wiring and installation of new equipment, BMS upgrades, fire alarm device removal and reinstallation.
