Parking Lot Replacement

Wor-Wic Community College (College) is in preparation of repaving the South 2 and 3 parking lots which are located adjacent to the South 1 parking lot and south of Shockley Hall. The work will entail cold milling existing asphalt pavement and repaving the parking lot. The work will begin after August 20, 2021 and will be completed in phases due to construction in the vicinity. The millings for the parking lots will be reused for construction on the Applied Technology Building. A College representative will coordinate this project. The South 2 parking lot consists of 382 parking spaces (9 ADA) and is approximately 150,000 square feet. The South 3 parking lot consists of 332 parking spaces and is approximately 125,000 square feet. These measurements shall be field-verified prior to construction, but bidders shall base bid prices on the above; any discrepancy in the size of the parking lot will be discussed with the successful bidder.
