Description

• Install new commercial grade flooring in the kitchen area and pantry. The existing carpeted area will be replaced with new carpet. • Install new countertops and stainless-steel shelving/cabinets. • Prep work (electrical and plumbing) for appliances: refrigerators (2), dishwasher, oven, exhaust hood and exhaust system. Town is keeping/re-using the stainlesssteel refrigerator in the pantry closet and dishwasher.
