Description | The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to secure prices and establish a Term Contract for the Purchase, Delivery, Installation and Repair of Roller Shades, and Vertical Louver Blinds as specified herein. When services are required, the School District may request quotes from vendors on an as needed basis. A scope of work will be sent to each vendor (via e-mail or electronically on BidSync) and a walk-through may be scheduled. The successful bidder shall furnish, at their expense, all labor, supervisors, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, transportation, and other facilities and services necessary to fully complete all delivery and installation. The District will not be responsible for travel, meals, lodging or any other miscellaneous costs. Response will include all costs associated with fabrication, delivery, and installation of new roller shades and vertical louver blinds with the removal and disposal of existing items.
