Remove existing geothermal pipe, valves, strainers, and auxiliary items in the pit. Remove electrical and control wiring. Provide new piping, valves, and auxiliary items as described in contract drawings. Provide new electrical and control wiring, and devices in the vault/pit. Start up, calibrate and commission operation of existing heat transfer system. Provide testing and balancing of new system. Replace artificial turf area above the vault
